SHIPPING POLICY

Failed Delivery
 

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Hampton Athletics) at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
 

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address

Wrong Address But Item Already Shipped

It is your responsibility to provide the right address. If you provide the wrong address upon ordering, but contact us before your item is shipped out, we will try our best to change the address to the correct one (Please Note: This is not guaranteed). But if you notify us after your order is shipped, it is your mistake and we do not offer a refund. For this reason please make sure to read over your shipping address and ensure there aren't any mistakes, and if you do make a mistake to notify us before your order is shipped or else you will not be eligible for the address to be changed or to receive a refund.
